Tomatoes + Peaches + Burrata
Peak summer in a dish—juicy tomatoes, ripe peaches, and creamy burrata finished with basil and a drizzle of balsamic.
Ingredients
An assortment of tomatoes (heirloom, cherry, etc.)
Ripe peaches
Burrata
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Thick balsamic vinegar
Maldon sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Instructions
Prep the Tomatoes and Peaches
Slice the tomatoes into rounds or wedges depending on size. If using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half. Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and slice into thin segments.Assemble the Plate
Arrange the tomatoes and peaches on a shallow serving platter. Tear the burrata into bite-sized pieces and nestle them among the fruit.Finish and Serve
Scatter fresh basil over the top, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper just before serving.
