The Green Sauce
A bright, punchy little number that adds zip to anything it touches — from roasted veg to grain bowls to grilled meat. The perfect fridge staple.
Ingredients
1/3 cup cashews
2 small garlic cloves
1/2 jalapeño
1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Juice from 2 limes
1 tablespoon water
1/2 tablespoon honey
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Break Down the Cashews and Garlic
Add the cashews and garlic to a small blender or food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped and crumbly.Blend the Sauce
Add the jalapeño, chives, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, water, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.Season and Serve
Season with salt to taste. Use immediately or store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
