Super Summer Caprese
Sweet stone fruit, creamy burrata, and fresh basil — a vibrant, juicy spin on a classic.
Ingredients
1 peach, cut into ¼-inch segments
1 plum, cut into ¼-inch segments
1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 (8 oz) ball of burrata
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Aged balsamic vinegar (thick or syrupy preferred)
Maldon sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Assemble the Base
In a shallow serving bowl or platter, combine the peach, plum, and tomatoes.Add the Burrata
Gently tear the burrata and nestle it among the fruit.Finish the Plate
Scatter basil leaves throughout. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Finish with Maldon sea salt and plenty of freshly cracked pepper.
Serve immediately.
