Ingredients
Fresh basil leaves
Peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
Burrata, torn and drizzled with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Melon, peeled and thinly sliced
Baguette, for serving
Instructions
Assemble the Plate
Arrange the peaches, tomatoes, and melon on a platter. Add torn burrata and scatter basil leaves over the top.Finish and Serve
Drizzle the burrata with a little olive oil, and season everything with salt and pepper. Serve with a baguette.
