Seaweed Sesame Salad
A quick, mineral-rich salad with ocean-y crunch and a bright, tangy finish.
Ingredients
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon organic Atlantic wakame (dried)

Instructions
Slice the Cucumbers
Use a mandoline to thinly slice the cucumber into delicate rounds.Assemble the Salad
Sprinkle the cucumber slices with brown rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and dried wakame. Add a pinch of @capbeautydaily Magic Spice if using.Serve and Enjoy
