Raw Tahini Brownie Bites
A no-bake treat that’s fudgy, nutrient-packed, and just the right amount of indulgent — perfect straight from the fridge.
Ingredients
1/2 cup + 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons bee pollen
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the cacao powder, melted coconut oil, agave nectar, tahini, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir with a spatula until a thick paste forms.Form the Rectangle
Place the mixture between two pieces of parchment paper and press gently into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.Top with Toppings
Sprinkle the bee pollen and chia seeds over the top. Press down gently so they stick.Chill
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.Cut and Serve
Remove from the fridge and cut into 16 squares.Store and Enjoy
