Pineapple Mango Salsa
Juicy, bright, and just the right amount of heat — this fruit-forward salsa is summer in a bowl. Perfect with tacos, grilled fish, or straight from the spoon.
Ingredients
1/4 pineapple, diced small
1/2 mango, diced small
1/4 red onion, diced very small
1/2 jalapeño, diced very small
Handful cilantro, roughly chopped
1 whole lime, juiced
Salt, to taste

Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the pineapple and mango into small pieces. Finely dice the red onion and jalapeño. Roughly chop the cilantro.Combine the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the pineapple, mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.Season
Add the lime juice and salt to taste. Stir to combine.Rest and Serve
