What I’m cooking - Breakfast seem to be getting the most attention in my house right now. Lots of scrambles with veggies and eggs and sourdough toast.
What I’m craving - Cooking in my new kitchen, unpacking all of my belongings that have been in storage for 2 years.
What I’m keeping simple - Digestion, trying to finish eating at 7pm every day to give my body time to digest.

Where I lingered - In the sun, getting more natural vitamin D.
Where I felt most myself - I have been spending time with my girlfriends, monthly meet ups with my book club and girls dinners.

What I’m wearing - Blue pants skin tight black pants
What feels like my uniform - Having short gray hair right now, I am finding that I feel best in all black or all white.
What I’m simplifying - My body skin care routine, I can’t stop using this body oil.
What I’m Tending
Health, routines, nervous system, healing
What supported my body - More time outside. Hiking and laying in the sun.
What gave me energy - I have been waking up at 3am, I was in a really bad habit of picking up my phone, then waking in the morning feeling terrible. No phone in the night has made waking in the morning much easier.
What I’m protecting - Toxins in my life, clean skincare and less toxic exposure whenever possible.
