Ingredients
Labneh
Cherries, pitted and halved
Watermelon radishes, thinly sliced on a mandolin
Cucumbers, peeled and cut on a diagonal
Crackers of your choice
Dukkah (Duqqa)
Olive oil
Honey
Maldon sea salt
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
Assemble the Platter
Spoon the labneh into a shallow serving dish, spreading it gently with the back of a spoon.Arrange and Garnish
Surround the labneh with the cherries, radishes, cucumbers, and crackers. Sprinkle the labneh generously with dukkah, then drizzle with olive oil and honey. Finish with Maldon sea salt and fresh mint leaves.
