Gluten-Free Granola

Ingredients
3 cups gluten-free oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup flax seeds
⅓ cup hemp seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
⅓ cup coconut oil
⅓ cup brown rice syrup
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Heat oven to 325°F (165°C).Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until evenly mixed.Warm the Wet Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the coconut oil and brown rice syrup until warm and fully combined.Combine and Bake
Pour the warm liquid over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread the granola evenly onto a baking sheet.Bake Until Golden
Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and dry. Let cool completely before storing.
