4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon yuzu sauce
Dash of Seaweed Gomasio sesame seeds (Eden Foods recommended)
Instructions
Assemble the Cucumber
Arrange the sliced cucumbers on a serving plate.Dress
In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar and yuzu sauce. Drizzle over the cucumbers.Finish and Serve
