Blossom Parfait
A soft, sunny mix of fruit, yogurt, and crunch — breakfast that looks as good as it tastes.
Ingredients
1 peach, segmented
1 apricot, segmented
Melon, thinly sliced
Handful of raspberries
Spoonful of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Sunflower seeds, for topping

Assemble
Arrange the fruit on a plate or in a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.Serve
